Every treatment below is done with patience, explained in simple language, and performed painlessly†. Click any treatment to learn more in detail.
We specialise entirely in children — ages 0 to 16. Every treatment is explained in plain Marathi or Hindi to both child and parent before it begins.
When decay reaches the nerve of a baby tooth, pulp therapy saves the tooth — without pain. Keeps the space for the permanent tooth to come in straight.
Learn More →A strong cap (crown) for a badly decayed baby tooth. Silver stainless steel or tooth-coloured. Placed in one visit, lasts until the tooth naturally falls out.
Learn More →Modern, tooth-coloured composite fillings — no dark silver. Mercury-free, invisible, and bonds to the tooth. Done in one visit, usually in 15–30 minutes.
Learn More →A painless† gel or varnish applied to teeth that helps prevent up to 40% of cavities*. No injections. Done in minutes. Prevents cavities for 4–6 months.
Learn More →A protective coating painted into the grooves of back teeth. Seals out food and bacteria completely. No injections, no drilling. Highly recommended for ages 6–12.
Learn More →Crooked teeth, crowded teeth, bite problems — assessed at the right age. Space maintainers, habit-breaking appliances, and referral for braces when the time is right.
Learn More →Before Dr. Sayli does anything — she explains. In simple Marathi or Hindi. To the child first, then to you. The child knows what is coming, so there is no fear.
Every instrument is shown to the child. Every step is named in friendly language. "Now I am going to put a little sleep medicine on your tooth so it won't feel anything — like how your leg goes to sleep when you sit on it for too long."
This is not just kindness — it is a clinical technique called Tell-Show-Do, and it is the reason children at Tulip Kids Dental rarely cry and often ask when they can come back.

* In a review of 22 clinical trials, fluoride varnish reduced tooth decay by about 37% in baby teeth and 43% in permanent teeth (Marinho VCC et al., Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2013, doi:10.1002/14651858.CD002279.pub2). Results vary with each child's diet, brushing and cavity risk.
† We use comfort-first techniques, numbing gel and local anaesthesia when needed, so most children feel little or no discomfort. Every child is different; we explain what to expect before any treatment.
