Tulip Kids Dental ("we", "us") is a children's dental clinic at Saroj CHS, Manpada Cross Road, near ICON Hospital, Dombivli East, Maharashtra 421201. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared through www.tulipkidsdental.com, WhatsApp, phone calls and visits to our clinic. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

Details you share in our website forms: parent's name, child's name and age, WhatsApp number, email (optional), preferred doctor, reason for visit, preferred time and any notes you add.
Kids Zone submissions: child's first name, age, the activity sheet and the artwork photo you send us on WhatsApp.
Clinic records: your child's dental and medical history, X-rays, photographs and treatment notes, collected at the clinic for care.
Basic website data: pages visited and device/browser information, if we use website analytics.

2. How website forms work

Our website does not store form entries on a server. When you press a form button, WhatsApp opens on your device with your details typed in a message to our clinic number (+91 97689 58636). Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

3. Why we use your information

To confirm, schedule and remind you about appointments.
To provide and record your child's dental care.
To send the Oral Care Guide and, if you agree, dental care tips and check-up reminders.
To run the Kids Zone programme and share rewards.
To meet legal and professional record-keeping duties.

4. Consent for children's information

Children's information is collected only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not use children's data for advertising or tracking. Kids Zone artwork is shown on our website or social media only with a parent's consent, using the child's first name and age only.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed for your child's care (for example, with a dental laboratory or a doctor we refer you to), with service providers who help us run the clinic under confidentiality, or when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Clinical records are kept for as long as required by applicable medical and dental record-keeping rules. Enquiry messages and marketing preferences are kept only as long as needed for their purpose, or until you ask us to delete them.

7. Security

Clinic records are kept with access limited to our doctors and staff. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent for reminders or tips (reply STOP on WhatsApp), or raise a concern. We will respond within a reasonable time.
